This page explains our proposed program. It does not enrol partners, issue tracking links or create a payable commission. Final terms will be available before anyone joins.

DigiSites Sidekicks is our planned, free-to-join referral program for educators, creators and small-business supporters who help people make better website decisions. Recommend it because it fits the person you are helping. No purchase, recruitment fee or paid membership will be required to apply.

The proposed reward.

20% of eligible net settled Launchpad or Momentum subscription receipts for the first 12 paid billing periods, within 18 months of the first paid subscription.
Net means after discounts, payment-processing fees, taxes, refunds and chargebacks. A$19 paid in full with no deductions would produce A$3.80; actual commission is lower when deductions apply.
No commission on the A$4.50 First Step pass, AI credit packs, domains, hosting or separately quoted DigiThat work.
A proposed 30-day referral window, with a customer-confirmed referral code before the first membership purchase. No invisible cross-site tracking.
Commission remains pending until the payment has settled and at least 45 days have passed, with refund and dispute checks. Proposed monthly manual payouts once approved balances reach A$25; smaller balances carry forward.

Helpful recommendations, without shortcuts.

Disclose the commission clearly beside a recommendation or referral link.
No self-referrals, fake accounts, purchased leads, cookie stuffing, misleading coupons or unsolicited bulk messages.
No bidding on DigiSites or DigiThat brand terms, impersonation or earnings guarantees.
We review applications for relevant, useful original content. Payment and identity checks will be completed privately before payout.
A customer receives the same membership price through a partner. Partners do not receive access to customer payment details or private website drafts.

Built around a sustainable service.

For an eligible referred subscription, the plan allocates 20% of the same net settled receipts to the AI reserve, 20% to the partner and 60% to the business before other costs. These are bookkeeping allocations, not automatic bank transfers. AI remains subject to funded cash, member credits and the site-wide spending ceiling.

Refunds and disputes require reconciliation of both allocations. We will not promise a payout from an unsettled sale or fund commission by increasing a member’s credit charges.

What happens next?

We are preparing the membership payment and access system first. Partner enrolment will open only after referral attribution, deduplication, reporting and refund handling have been tested. There is no tracking cookie or commission accrual on this page today.
