Terms, without the maze.
These terms cover the current free DigiSites resource library and browser tools, provided under the DigiThat brand. Updated 3 October 2026.
What this edition provides
Guides, examples, planning tools and downloads help you understand and plan a website. They are general educational information, not a tailored professional assessment, a completed website service or a promise of commercial results. The current edition does not sell memberships, accept payments or provide an integrated AI service.
Use the guidance thoughtfully
Adapt suggestions to your customers, business, budget and actual capabilities. Check technical instructions against current provider documentation. Obtain appropriately qualified advice where your circumstances require legal, tax, financial, accessibility, privacy or other specialist assessment. A checklist or automated tool cannot certify compliance.
We aim to make the resources accurate and useful, but information and third-party products change. We do not guarantee sales, search positions, uptime of external services or that every example will suit every business. These statements do not reduce any rights or remedies you have under applicable law.
Your content and AI drafts
You retain rights you hold in the content you enter. Use only material you are entitled to use. Do not enter passwords, API keys, payment details or confidential customer records. The free prompt builder assembles text in your browser; choosing to paste it into an AI provider is a separate step governed by that provider’s terms.
AI can produce incorrect or incomplete content. Verify names, prices, qualifications, claims, code and permissions before publishing or deploying. Keep backups and test changes in an appropriate environment.
Downloads and resource use
You may use and adapt our original checklists, prompt templates and generated planning text for your own business or client website work. Do not resell our resource library as your own, misrepresent endorsement or remove third-party licence notices. Third-party material and linked services retain their own terms. Our brand names and logo are not included in the permission to reuse templates.
Privacy and fair use
See Privacy & your choices for browser storage, optional analytics and downloads. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access someone else’s data or misrepresent another person.
Your rights and problems with the service
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees. If something is wrong, contact DigiThat with the page address and a description of the issue. Do not include sensitive information in an ordinary enquiry.
Future paid services
Paid memberships and AI features are being prepared. Before any purchase opens, the offer must explain the provider, final price, billing cycle, trial renewal, included access, credit costs, cancellation and applicable refund rights. Browsing this free site does not enrol you in a trial or subscription.
For independent information about consumer rights, see the ACCC consumer guide.
